In-plant Training and Procedures and Main Research Projects
Students of 1st MBA are to under go mandatory in-plant training for a period of one to two months as per the Autonomous Curriculum, Inorder to expose themselves to practical happenings in the industry and society. They are supposed to record their experiences and are to submit the same as a mini project report, which will constitute grades in their academic profile.
Students of 2nd MBA are to under go mandatory main project research, where they are to take up a problem of research in the areas of management. During the period of three months, students are to visit their concerned project company for analyzing the problem and collecting details and data regarding, to fulfill their problem. Report regarding the research work has to be submitted to the University and Viva Voce will be held, where the students’ research work will be graded and added to their academic profile.

Career Guidance and Value addition
Apart from various co curricular and extra curricular activities, Students are exposed to career oriented and guidance programmes, to update their value systems in order to commemorate with the current industrial practices and to keep them day-fit for placements.
Faculty Advisor Role
A Faculty Advisor is appointed for every 7 students in the class strength of 60. They play a vital role in maintaining the entire database of the individual students during their period of study. Parents meeting are conducted once in a semester by the faculty advisors in order to update the parents about their students’ performance. Timely counseling and expertise is shared with the students to keep them motivated and also to keep their morality high.
Guidance for paper presentation
The students are encouraged to participate in seminars and conferences, by preparing and submitting papers on relevant topics. The participants may present either in favour of the topic or against the topic. And an abstract regarding the same has to be prepared and sent to the concerned for selection and on selection, full paper with all information has to be submitted and presented on the day of conduct of seminars or conferences.

Association Activities
ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES
The Department has framed an Association named “ AIM – Association of Intellectual Managers”, with an objective to focus on students development on other activities other than the academics.
The association from the date of incorporation has organized various programmes like Exhibitions (Buyers Beware – Duplicate products), Game Shows, Quiz Programmes and Sports meet at Intra College level and hence in future the Association is Unique in extending the same at State and National Level.
